Twelve named practices. Each one is engineering work agreed in writing. None of them is a financial product.
Custom software programming
Custom software programming at TERVRA LIMITED means an application or platform written for a job the organisation can describe. That might be an internal tool, a customer-facing operational screen, or a service other systems call. The language, framework, and hosting are chosen for that job and recorded in the agreement. The website does not publish a stack as a promise, because the stack follows the system.
A programming engagement includes the behaviour that was specified, the tests or checks that were agreed, and the handover of source and access that the contract names. It does not include unlimited later changes. Changes are a new scope. Related design work sits under computer systems design.
Computer systems design
Systems design is the work of deciding what the parts are before they are coded. TERVRA writes down the components, the data each one owns, the calls between them, and the failures that must be visible to an operator.
A design can stand alone, as advice, or it can be the front of a build. It is useful when a firm already has software and needs a clear boundary for the next piece, or when a new platform would otherwise start as a collection of screens.
Design materials belong to the engagement terms. They are not a licence to treat this website’s scenarios as an architecture for a named firm.
Cloud and web hosting infrastructure
Cloud and web hosting infrastructure is the environment that runs the software: compute, storage, network paths, certificates, deployment, and the accounts that control them. TERVRA can design that environment, build it, or take on a defined part of an environment the firm already has.
Hosting on this website is not an unlimited uptime offer. Availability, backups, regions, and who holds the cloud account are written into the agreement if they are in scope. If they are not written down, they are not included. Web hosting for a site and infrastructure for a financial platform are different jobs, and the scope should say which one is being bought.
Data processing and analytics
Data processing takes operational records and makes a version that software or people can use. Analytics is the layer that reports on that version. TERVRA separates the two so a report does not become the place where the business records the fact.
A typical scope names the sources, the checks that reject a bad record, the store that holds the processed view, and who is allowed to read it. It does not include a claim about the commercial meaning of the numbers. The firm remains responsible for the decisions it takes from a report.
Financial technology solutions
Financial technology work at TERVRA is software for firms that run financial or investment operations. It can include workflow tools, operational ledgers of what the software did, permissions, audit history, and connections to systems the firm already uses.
It is not banking, payment services, consumer credit, investment advice, or brokerage offered by TERVRA to the public. Building a platform that a regulated firm uses does not, by itself, make TERVRA the regulated firm. Permissions and regulatory duties stay with the party that holds them, unless a written agreement says otherwise, and this website does not say otherwise.
The same practice appears as the primary capability on the index.
Credit intermediation systems
Credit intermediation systems are the software around an application, a decision, and the record of both. Intake stores what was submitted. Decisioning applies rules the firm can name and version. The history shows what changed. Downstream servicing or core systems are integrated rather than replaced, unless the scope says they are in the build.
TERVRA does not grant credit and does not decide, as a lender, whether a person or a company should receive it. An illustrative shape for this kind of platform is described as a scenario on the work page, not as a finished client project.
Investment and brokerage software
This practice covers operational software for investment and brokerage workflows: order and position handling as software behaviour, reference data, allocations, and the screens or APIs an operations team uses. It is built against the firm’s process.
It is not a portfolio, a fund, a trading venue, or a personal recommendation. TERVRA does not hold client money through this website and does not publish execution quality or assets under advice, because those are not facts of this site.
Where the hard part is the data arriving from several sources, the representative workflow on the work page shows the separation between a landing store and a published view.
High-load database management
The schema follows the operation: one owner for each fact that must not be double-written.
Concurrency, backups, and restore are specified. A backup that has never been restored is noted as untested.
Indexing and retention match the queries the software actually runs, not a generic “large database” label.
High-load here means the database is designed for the concurrent use the firm described. It is not a published benchmark. Administration can sit with TERVRA or with the firm, depending on the agreement. Ongoing watching of the system is maintenance and monitoring, which is separate.
Enterprise API integration
Enterprise API integration connects systems that already exist. TERVRA defines the contract of each interface: the fields, the errors, the idempotency of a retry, and what happens when the other side is down. Authentication and the list of systems in scope are written down.
Integration work does not silently become a rewrite of the remote system. If the other party’s API changes, the response is a change to the agreement, not an open-ended obligation. A capability study of high-load integration, again without a client name, is on the work page.
Interfaces that carry personal data are also a privacy question. The website’s own form is described in the privacy policy. A client platform’s data processing is described in that client’s agreement, not assumed here.
Cybersecurity and data protection
Cybersecurity and data protection, in this practice, are engineering measures inside a scope: access control, secrets handling, encryption in transit and at rest where agreed, logging, and the separation of environments. Data protection work includes helping a system collect only what it needs and keep it where the agreement says it should live.
TERVRA does not warrant that a system cannot be breached. No serious security engagement can. The deliverable is the measures that were specified, plus the findings of any review that was actually commissioned. Penetration testing, certification, and a named security standard are included only when the contract lists them. This website does not claim ISO certification or a government scheme.
The company’s own handling of contact-form data is set out in the privacy policy.
IT consulting and technical advisory
Consulting is advice on software, data, infrastructure, and the shape of a system. It can come before a build, beside one, or instead of one. The output is the written advice that was asked for: a review, a design note, a comparison of options, or a recommendation on what not to build.
Advice on this website is general. It is not a recommendation to a particular firm, and it is not investment advice. A consulting engagement becomes specific only when the question, the materials the firm will provide, and the form of the answer are agreed.
Paying for advice does not, by itself, oblige either side to continue into a build. That continuation is a separate scope.
System maintenance and monitoring
Maintenance is the care of a system that is already in use: updates that were agreed, fixes for faults inside the maintained boundary, and small operational changes named in the arrangement. Monitoring is the watching of the signals that were chosen, and the response path when those signals fire.
Response times are not printed on this website. If a firm needs a stated response, it has to be in the maintenance agreement. Monitoring does not include an open-ended security operations centre unless that is what was contracted. A system leaving the maintained boundary, or a change made by someone else, is outside the arrangement until the writing catches up.
Working approach
01Discover
Read the operation and the systems already in place. The point is to name the job, not to collect a slogan.
02Define
Write the boundary: what will be built, what will not, and how acceptance will be judged.
03Build
Produce the software, data structures, infrastructure, and interfaces against that writing.
04Validate
Check the result against the agreed specification, including the paths that carry real operational data where the firm can supply them.
05Deliver
Hand over the access, documentation, and maintenance arrangement that were part of the agreement.
Questions the work raises
What does TERVRA LIMITED build?
Custom software, computer systems, cloud and web hosting infrastructure, data processing, and specialist platforms for financial and investment sectors, including credit, investment, and brokerage software, databases, APIs, security measures, advice, and maintenance. The list above is the whole published list.
Does the company provide loans, investments, or brokerage?
No. The company builds and advises on software. The website is not an offer of credit, an investment invitation, or a brokerage service.
