Terms of service
These terms of service govern use of the website at https://tervra.xyz. They are the rules for reading the pages, using the links, and sending the contact form. They are not the contract under which TERVRA LIMITED would design or build a system. That kind of work, if it happens, needs its own written agreement. The longer terms and conditions explain that distinction in more detail. The privacy policy and the cookie policy explain personal data and cookies. If those documents conflict with this page on a privacy question, the privacy policy leads. If they conflict on whether a website visit is a contract for engineering work, it is not.
Who you are dealing with
The site is published by TERVRA LIMITED, 108 Fonthill Road, London, N4 3HT, United Kingdom. Email: general@tervra.xyz. Telephone: +44 7399 204815. The site describes an IT engineering and financial-technology software practice: custom software, systems design, cloud and web hosting infrastructure, data processing, platforms for financial and investment operations, databases, APIs, security measures within a scope, technical advice, and maintenance. It does not describe TERVRA as a bank, a lender, a broker, or an investment adviser, and these terms do not make it one.
Permission to use the site
TERVRA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access the pages with a normal browser, to read them, to print a reasonable copy for your own internal reference, and to share a link to a page. You may not copy the site’s text or images onto another site and present them as your own, scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, attempt to break the form, or use the content as training material for a public model in a way that republishes it. The permission ends if you ignore these limits. Ending the permission does not affect a separate written contract that has already been signed. It affects use of the website.
The pages are provided as they are published. A design change, a correction, or a removal of a page can happen without notice. The scenarios on the work page are labelled as scenarios. They are not a catalogue you can order by reference number.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to break the law, to send malware, to probe the server beyond ordinary browsing, to submit someone else’s personal data without a proper reason, or to send a message that is only an advertisement for an unrelated product. You may not attempt to inject extra email headers through the form. The form strips line breaks from the name and the email address for that reason. You may not overwhelm the form with automated posts. A rate limit exists and an error will be shown if it is hit. Circumventing it is not allowed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send. TERVRA may ignore a message that is abusive or irrelevant. Ignoring a message is not a breach of these terms. These terms do not promise a reply, a meeting, or a proposal.
The form is not an order
Sending the form, or sending an email, or making a telephone call, asks for a conversation. It does not create a contract, does not reserve capacity, and does not set a price. A contract for services exists only when both sides have agreed in writing to a defined scope. Until that writing exists, either side may stop talking. The thank-you page means only that the server’s mail function accepted the message for delivery to general@tervra.xyz. If the mail function fails, the site says so. It does not pretend the message was sent.
No financial service
Nothing on the site is an offer of credit, a financial promotion of an investment, a brokerage service, or advice to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Descriptions of credit systems and investment software are descriptions of software engineering. They are not an invitation to the public to transact. You should not rely on the site to decide a financial matter. If you need regulated advice, you need a firm that is permitted to give it. These terms do not claim that permission for TERVRA.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, and images of the site are protected by intellectual property rights. The permission above is the permission you have. Trade marks, if any are used, stay with their owners. The name TERVRA LIMITED is used as the company’s name. You may refer to the company by that name in ordinary speech. You may not use the name in a way that suggests a partnership, a certification, or an endorsement that does not exist. No client logo is shown, because no client endorsement is published.
Liability for use of the website
The site is information. It may be updated, and a page may be wrong until it is corrected. To the extent the law allows, TERVRA excludes warranties that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow to be excluded.
For other losses that arise only from use of the website, and not from a separate signed services agreement, TERVRA’s liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. Access to the website is free. These terms do not invent a project fee and then cap it. Losses that a court would class as indirect or consequential, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising only from reading the site or from a failed form submission, are excluded so far as the law allows. If the form fails, the practical remedy published on the site is to email general@tervra.xyz or to call +44 7399 204815.
A signed services agreement, if one exists, deals with liability for the work it describes. These website terms do not silently cap or expand that agreement. If you do not have a signed agreement, you do not have a services engagement, and website liability is the only liability these terms address.
Your responsibility for your equipment
You are responsible for the devices and networks you use to reach the site. TERVRA is not liable for a virus or a failure that your own environment introduces, except where the law says otherwise and except where the harm was caused by TERVRA’s negligence in a way the law will not allow to be set aside. You should keep your own copies of anything important you type into the form until you know the message was accepted.
Suspension
TERVRA may suspend access to the site, or refuse a particular submission, where it reasonably believes these terms are being broken or the site is being attacked. Suspension of the website is not termination of a separate contract. If a written contract exists, its own terms decide the work. The site may also be unavailable because of maintenance or a fault. No uptime figure is promised for the website.
Law and disputes about the website
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes about use of the website. If you are a consumer and a mandatory rule of your country gives you a right these terms cannot remove, that rule still applies. The site is written for a business audience. Most users will be acting in a business. Nothing here is intended to remove a consumer right that cannot be removed.
A dispute about a signed services agreement follows that agreement’s dispute clause if it has one. These website terms do not replace it.
Scenarios and images
Photographs on the site are cinematic illustrations of workplaces, equipment, and materials. They are not photographs of a named client’s premises, and they are not evidence of a completed deployment. The work page says this in shorter form. A reader must not crop an image, add a client’s name, and present the result as a case study. TERVRA does not grant permission for that use. The illustrative scenarios describe engineering shapes. They omit metrics on purpose. Quoting them as performance claims is a misuse of the site.
Entire agreement for the website
These terms, together with the privacy policy, the cookie policy, and the terms and conditions where those documents say they apply to the website, are the whole agreement about use of the website. They do not record a side promise made in a sales call, because a call is not the website. If a person at TERVRA has discussed a project with you, only a written agreement captures that project. You should not treat a polite reply, a meeting, or a page on this site as a warranty about a future system. If a clause in these terms is held to be invalid, the rest of the terms continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver.
Changes and contact
These terms can be updated by changing this page. The date at the top will move when the text moves. The version that applies to a particular visit is the version published at the time of that visit, except that a change cannot turn a past visit into a services contract after the event. A change also cannot take away a right that a statute keeps for a consumer. Questions about these terms go to general@tervra.xyz or by post to TERVRA LIMITED, 108 Fonthill Road, London, N4 3HT, United Kingdom. Please use the subject “Website terms” so the message is not mixed with a technical enquiry. A telephone call to +44 7399 204815 can raise the same question, but a written note is easier to keep with the page it concerns.
